Leads and Love Pet Services was built from a shared passion for animals, but the experience and values we bring to the business go much further.

 

Matt proudly served 16 years in the military, developing dedication, discipline, teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility.

 

Nicole has a background supporting people with learning disabilities and older people, as well as working in the private ambulance sector. We also worked together as ambulance crew mates before taking the leap and building Leads and Love.

 

We believe loving dogs is just the starting point. Understanding them is what really matters.

Our learning doesn't stop when a certificate is achieved. We regularly look to develop our understanding of canine behaviour, communication, welfare and responsible dog care.

 

From investing in our first vehicle to building our fleet, developing our services and continually improving what we offer, Leads and Love has grown through hard work, commitment and a genuine love for what we do.

 

We know every dog is an individual. Our aim is to understand their needs, respect their personalities and make sure they feel valued, comfortable and cared for.
